The coordinator will answer your general team questions and forward your form to the appropriate person who can place you on a team.  

If you have a USTA rating, list it where it says NTRP Rating on the form.

If not, leave that field blank, and in your message, include information about your playing experience:
 whether you are a beginner, or feel you are an intermediate or advanced player;
 how many years you have played tennis;
 how often you play now;
 whether you played on your high school or college team, or if you were a ranked junior;
 what you would guess your rating might be;
 and any other information you feel is relevant to us placing you.
